Island County Democrats need volunteers all year for activities such as:
- Special events like SummerFest and the Island County Fair
- Political processes, including the caucuses and county convention during election years
- To serve as a PCO for a precinct
- To make survey and get-out-the-vote calls to voters
- To doorbell for candidates
